We run DOORS 9.3 and try to run DWA.
But we cannot make DWA see any projects, as much as we try. See attached screenshot.
Has anyone had a similar initial problem (and solved it), or should we go to IBM straight away...

Hi - there is actually no file attached, or screenshot showing ?!
We had the same/similar problem and solved it, but I'd like to see the screenshot first, to make sure.

We eventually found the problem and the solution.
Subsequently we learned that the Web Server configuration file "festival.xml" had an incorrect Database ID.
The reason for this is that the database was reinstalled since the web server was installed and each time the DB-ID will change.
